Mike and Alex Knox worked their buts off all summer building the furnace and getting the class off the ground. My roommate Brandon Johnson was in the class, andĀ  so I went out to take pictures. And I am not 100% sure, but I heard that there will be a casting show in the Lightwell Gallery this fall. Anyway, I hope they keep it up, as I look forward to take a casting class in the future.

It has a great butcher block platform, that I likeĀ  much better than the metal bases of modern cutters. Anyway, I love shopping for vintage/used stuff. And we found a giant 30ft chalkboard, that believe Lacie and Cathy should by for their apartment. (we could use it on Chinese night)
